Project Description
Our client was rolling out new hardware to the whole staff of 13,000 people. They needed a series of informational and training material to guide the user during the process and manage their expectations.
How we solved it
Our approach
We came up with an enhanced ebook designed to explain what to expect and prepare them to use their new PC when it arrives.
Development
We created a series of pop-up tip-sheets, and converted learning videos into high quality compressed version that can be embedded into the ebook.
Planning
We had to time our production with the start of the phase in of the new hardware. We also had to create new material that would be more appropriate in digital form than a print version.
Loving it
Users loved that they had all they needed to be productive the day their new PC arrived.
