We went through a few rounds of design and information architecture sessions to pinpoint the exact requirements.
Loving it
The site was in instant success with the trust fund partners. They could now easily access documents and news about the fund’s activities.
Planning
The launch had to coincide with the client’s annual meetings. That required planning and coordination with the hosting provider and the client’s information security team.
SEO
We registered some additional names and inserted some key metadata to ensure the site would be found easily.
Development
Using a good base template, we built a child template to allow us to make changes without affecting the underlying code.
Security
Due to the large reputational risks, we added two levels of defense to the site. The few times we had an attack, it was pushed back without compromising the site and its content.
Monitoring
We work with an outside provider firm specializing in security and hacking so that the site is monitored 24/7 .
